This does not cover inaccurate client information, unavailable business names, unpaid obligations, licensing requirements, government agency decisions, or other circumstances outside our control.
The Michigan filing fee is collected from you and paid to the state on your behalf. Expedited processing, certified copies, assumed names, licensing fees, and other government charges are not included unless specifically stated.
Most applications are prepared and submitted within 5 to 10 business days after all required information and payment have been received. Government processing times, including NPPES processing for NPI Type 2, are outside our control and not included in this estimate.
